Chairman’s Message

I am Eng. Mohammed Al Arif, Founder and Chairman of ARIFCO Building Contracting. With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, I established this company in 2004 as a sole proprietor with a commitment to quality, trust, and long‑term client relationships.

Since then, ARIFCO has grown steadily, completing numerous residential and commercial projects across UAE. Today, we are proudly progressing on Project No. 131, a milestone that reflects our dedication and consistency.

Our strength comes from having all major divisions under one roof, ensuring smooth workflow without interruption. My direct supervision, continuous communication with all stakeholders, and our dedicated technical team form the core of our success. We are honored to serve respected clients such as WASL, Dubai Municipality, and many other valued partners.

Supported by a strong supplier network and excellent banking relationships, ARIFCO continues to deliver reliable, high‑quality work. I extend my sincere gratitude to our suppliers, bankers, staff, and employees who have been with us since the beginning.

Training & Development

ARIFCO is committed to developing the next generation of engineering and construction professionals. As part of our field training program, young members of the Chairman’s and Executive’s families participated in supervised site visits to gain real‑world exposure to infrastructure operations.
